Chef & Divine Bread Lame for Bread Scoring (white colour)
A lame means blade in French. It is a long holder for a metal razor used to cut (we call this score) the surface of a bread dough before baking for aesthetics purpose and also to help it burst and rise in the oven.
Tried and tested, this lame makes it very easy to score beautiful patterns on your dough. When you feel the blade is not sharp, you can simply replace the razor. You can rotate the blade to maximise the use of the entire razor blade.
The handle is made of hard plastic resin with a stainless steel strip to hold the razor blade. A stylish black container is included as a hygienic and safe storage for your lame and the razor blades.
