After being an evangelist for the Thermomix and operating independently for the last few years, it is quite a relief that Thermomix is finally officially in Singapore. It was tough explaining to customers why all the collaterals were in Malaysian context previously. So, if you have been shopping around and feeling confused, rest assure that Thermomix is officially in Singapore. The Thermomix office is located at 67 Ubi Avenue 1, Starhub Green #01-03. Fast & Easy Cheese Crackers in 20 Minutes

One of the first things I tried with the TM5 is baking cheese crackers. End result - my savoury cheese crackers taste quite exactly (in my opinion) like store bought ones :-) Ingredients 225 g flavourful cheese (such as Gouda, Cheddar, Edam) in cubes  80 g butter in cubes 150 g plain flour 3/4 tsp salt (optional) 40 g cold water Directions <Thermomix> Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius Grate the cheese <10 secs, speed 8> Add flour, butter and salt until the mixture resembles coarse sand <10 secs, speed 5> Add half the cold water <Mix 10 secs, speed 5> Add the rest...

The Thermomix TM5 is finally arriving in Singapore. As we are not the first market launching TM5, we were assured by the sole agent TrueMix that the new TM5 has all the initial kinks complained in forums resolved.
