Halfway through the circuit breaker, to curb the crowd who are still queuing for bubble tea, standalone dessert shops were declared non-essential and ordered to close. I don't fancy bubble tea, but all the teens from age 12 onwards till early twenties seem to be be addicted to bubble tea. And judging from the crazy rush before the shut down, people are seriously addicted!! Crunchy Granola Cookies Ready in 30-Minutes

Following yesterday's successful cookies, we made another batch this afternoon for supper tonight and for breakfast or recess tomorrow. Did some variation to yesterday's recipe and adapted from Thermosimsa's recipe on recipecommunity.com.au Ingredients 90g butter 50g sugar (I only used 40g) 1 egg white 60g sultanas (we were out of this and I used chopped prunes) 30g desiccated coconut 20g milk 150g wholemeal self raising flour (you can make your own by added 1.5 tsp of baking powder and 0.5 tsp of cream of tartar to plain flour)  75g granola (or cornflakes, but granola will result in better crunch)  Directions <Thermomix...

30-Minute Recipe - Crunchy & Nutty Chocolate Cookies

The kids wanted to to eat cookies and we decided to make some crunchy and nutty cookies.
