I haven't baked these for a while but since everyone's baking, I got inspired to bake these again. Surprisingly, after baking frequently, it felt way easier that the first time I tried baking it years ago. Hokkaido Milk Bread using the Thermomix

I wouldn't say I am an expert when it comes to baking. I am still on my learning journey and constantly experimenting with recipes. I have been experimenting with various Hokkaido bread recipes and finally found the best combination taht works with my Thermomix. Why do I use the Thermomix?
