I was greeted this morning with a heart-warming surprise. Ian surprised me with 'kopi tiam ala Ah Kun' style eggs for breakfast !! My eldest boy is quite a cooking enthusiast.  My birthday last year, he cooked me his signature shepherd's pie :-) He followed the Thermomix's idiot proof half boiled eggs recipe, <70 degree 12 minutes speed 3.5>, and he got exactly that (see picture below).  He added a minute as our eggs are usually kept in the fridge.
