My friends find it amusing that we eat steamboat every Sunday. The man-at-home thinks that having the whole family sitting down together is important. And nothing beats steamboat when it comes to getting people sit and eat together longer. Therefore, it becomes my responsibility to create delicious soup base for our steamboat since we do this so often.
