Focaccia with Organic Sundried Tomatoes using the Thermomix

Took only an hour and a half and we had tuna as well as grilled chicken focaccia for supper last night.... forgot to take pictures but the second round focaccia bake with overnight proofing turned out even better with super light bread and very crunchy crust.  I should have included more sundried tomatoes as they balanced well with the salt added to the dough to make this a mildly savoury bread.  Yum..  Ingredients 400g lukewarm water 1 sachet dry yeast (I usually use less if I can proof longer) 20g extra virgin olive oil or olive oil 500g flour Salt 2 slices of Verace...
