Making my own homemade noodles is surprisingly easier than imagined and the taste is pretty good too. The kids and me had good fun making the noodles and since they had their hands making them, they devoured every morsel. If you have a bunch of kids like me, churning out variety of food for these picky kids is a huge challenge. Since our new Indonesian helper came, we have been consciously trying to cook dishes that she can eat. For the longest time, I have been trialling different recipes for herbal chicken and I think I found the best from Miki's blog and adapted it for Thermomix. This recipe is surprisingly not too herbal or bitter in taste and the kids love it.
